"Scar" 2000, 3'

Presentiment. This is the presentiment of the global, slow and irretrievable penetration of the media culture into the consciousness and soul of human being. The insane flow of images and information reaches us unprepared and thus influences our views on the world. This flow, which is the reflection of reality, shoves us violence, envy, aggression without asking our agreement to receive it. Human being turns into zombie. Heart turns into pith. An eye watches but is not able to see. This is the effort to show the meaning of a screen image and it's influence on person's mentality. It is also the attempt to study the relations between the screen image and the one that is personally experience by someone. This is the analysis of thought, memory and fear.
Experimental work "Scar" was included in EUROSHOTS (The only European festival of TV commercials and short independent films) - the collection of best works of 1995-2000.
